The Department of Local Governance, Ministry of Home and Cultural Affairs is pleased to invite sealed bids from authorized air ticketing agents for the following sectors as per the following terms and conditions:\"\"<\/p>\n

Terms & Conditions<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. \n

    All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked as\u00a0\u201cQuotation for Air Ticket\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0to the Director General, Department of Local Governance, MoHCA latest by\u00a08 May, 2017<\/strong>\u00a0before 12:00 noon and will be opened on the same day;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/li>\n

  2. \n

    Quotations without sealed envelope will be rejected;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/li>\n

  3. \n

    Unconditional quotations like an increase of fares or changes of airline at the time of travel will not be accepted;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/li>\n

  4. \n

    Bidders are requested to mention the name of the airline and submit confirmed itineraries;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/li>\n

  5. \n

    The seats must be confirmed <\/strong>before submitting the quotation;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/li>\n

  6. \n

    The rate should be quoted as per the sector mentioned above and will be selected based on the\u00a0lowest evaluated bid and timing of the flight<\/strong>;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/li>\n

  7. \n

    The successful bidder should submit a copy of every air ticket along with their invoices for payment;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/li>\n

  8. \n

    The bid documents should contain a photocopy of valid trade license issued by Ministry of Economic Affairs;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/li>\n

  9. \n

    In case the lowest bidder withdraws his\/her bid, the second lowest bidder shall be asked to purchase and issue ticket(s) and the difference amount shall be borne by the lowest bidder<\/strong>; and,<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/li>\n

  10. \n

    The purchaser reserves every right to reject the bids if it is found non responsive to our terms and conditions, and the decision of the evaluation committee will be final and binding.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
