  2. Performance Evaluation Forms (FY 15-16 & for FY 16-17 moderated result)<\/li>\n
  3. For other eligible criteria, please refer to Section 13.7, Chapter 13 of the BCSR 2018 and please note that other revised rules shall be applied.<\/li>\n
