  2. Academic certificates & transcripts for Doctorate\/Master\/Bachelor Degree.<\/li>\n
  3. Relevant training documents (If any)<\/li>\n
  4. Security & audit clearances (valid for interview purpose)<\/li>\n
  5. Last promotion order (copy)<\/li>\n
  6. EOL\/Secondment\/Deputation order, if any (copy)<\/li>\n
  7. Updated curriculum vitae (CV) generated from the Civil Service Information System (CSIS).<\/li>\n
  8. Performance rating for the last two years generated from CSIS.<\/li>\n
  9. For eligibility criteria, please refer to Section 13.7, Chapter 13 of the BCSR 2018.<\/li>\n
  10. The shortlisted candidates, with venue, date & time\u00a0 for interview, will be announced in the MoHCA\u2019s website.<\/li>\n
