The final approval of the selection result is subjected to the endorsement of Ministry\u2019s forthcoming Human Resource Committee Meeting.<\/p>\n

The selected candidates are requested to report to HR Division, MoHCA TashichhoDzong on July 26, 2018 at 10:00AM to complete the\u00a0HR formalities and the candidates are required to produce the following documents:<\/p>\n

  1. Passport size photograph<\/li>\n
  2. Legal stamp<\/li>\n
  3. Original Medical Certificate (Valid)<\/li>\n
  4. Original CID (Valid)<\/li>\n
  5. Drug testing fee Nu. 400\/-<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Note:<\/p>\n

      \n
    1. The selected candidates will have to undergo drug testing. If the drug test report is positive, he\/she will be disqualified for the employment and the standby candidate in order of merit of the selection result will be selected.<\/em><\/li>\n
    2. In the event the selected candidates withdraw his\/her candidature the standby candidate in order of merit of the selection interview result will be selected.<\/em><\/li>\n
    3. If the selected candidate is found to be Bachelor\u2019s Degree holder, he\/she will be disqualified for the employment and the standby candidate in order of merit of the selection result will be selected.<\/em><\/li>\n
    4. All the non-select applicants are requested to collect your applications before August 20, 2018. Failure to collect, the applications will be discarded<\/em>.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
