The month of March 2019 had been so engaging for Hon\u2019ble Nangsi Lyonpo, as he took the time out to visit his constituency and other neighbouring Dzongkhags enroute. Prior to that His Excellency graced the 2nd<\/sup> Annual Immigration Conference at Samtse.<\/p>\n

During his visit, His Excellency met with the civil servants, Local Government officials, and business community of each Dzongkhag. In each meeting, His Excellency conveyed the greetings of the Hon\u2019ble Prime Minister with appreciation and gratitude for the support of general public in providing opportunity to Druk Nyamrup Tshogpa to form the Government during the 3rd<\/sup> Parliamentary Election.<\/p>\n

Further, His Excellency also touched on the role of each citizens in upholding the security and sovereignty of the country through harmonious living, preservation of our distinct culture and religion, and most importantly the reverence to the forefathers and the institution of a sacred Monarchy.<\/p>\n

While visiting Dzongkhags & Dungkhags, issues concerning the shortage of man power at the Local Governments level with decentralization taking place in the 12th<\/sup> FYP have been extensively discussed.<\/p>\n

While meeting with the public of his constituency, Lyonpo informed about the pledges of the government and its progress and took note of some of the urgent development needs of the communities.<\/p>\n

His Excellency visited Samtse, Bumthang, Mongar, Lhuntse, Trashiyangtse, Trashigang, Pemagatshel, Zhemgang and Trongsa Dzongkhags.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
