The study will run from 15 November 2019 to 17 February 2020 and deliver the following outputs: (1) Draft and Final Inception report including work plan; (2) Presentation of Inception Report ; (3) Interim Progress Update (presentation); (4) Draft and Final Study Report; and (5) Presentation of draft Study Report.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The activity will be managed by DAI Brussels and contribute to the European Union funded project titled: BHUTAN Technical Assistance for Renewable Natural Resources and Climate Change Response and Local Governments and Decentralisation (EU &#8211; TACS).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Interested firms are requested to send their expression of interest to Karpo Dukpa at Bhutan Philanthrophy Ventures email: <\/span><a href=\"mailto:karpo@bpvbhutan.com\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">karpo@bpvbhutan.com<\/span><\/i><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. These should be <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">no more than three pages<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and include (1) a brief description of the firm (2) descriptions of at least two projects completed by the firm in the fields of Finance or Local Governance; (3) details of qualified in-house staff and proposed Study Team.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The deadline for EoI submission is 23 October 2019. Shortlisted firms will be notified within 7 days of EoI.
