{"id":3559,"date":"2020-12-15T14:32:57","date_gmt":"2020-12-15T08:32:57","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.mohca.gov.bt\/?p=3559"},"modified":"2020-12-15T14:32:57","modified_gmt":"2020-12-15T08:32:57","slug":"invitation-for-expression-of-interest-for-department-of-local-governance","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.moha.gov.bt\/?p=3559","title":{"rendered":"Invitation for Expression of Interest for Department of Local Governance"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: left;\">The Department of Local Governance (DLG), MoHCA is implementing <strong>\u201cCapacity-Building Training for Gups and other relevant LG Functionaries\u201d. <\/strong>This project assignment will run from \u00a01<sup>st<\/sup> February 2021 to 31<sup>st<\/sup> May 2021 and deliver the outputs as indicated under section 2.7 of the Terms of Reference (ToR).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">The activty is managed by DAI Global Belgium and contribute to the European Union funded project titled: BHUTAN Technical Assistance for Renewable Natural Resources and Climate Change Response and Local Governments and Decentralisation (EU-TACS).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">In this regard, the EU-TACS Project\u2019s Local Office at Bhutan Philanthropy Ventures in Thimphu is inviting local specialised firms to submit their <strong>Expression of Interest<\/strong> to Karpo Dukpa at Bhutan Philanthrophy Ventures email: <a href=\"mailto:karpo@bpvbhutan.com\">karpo@bpvbhutan.com<\/a>. These should be <u>no more than three pages<\/u> and include (1) a brief description of the firm (2) relevant project experiences; (3) details of qualified in-house personnel.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">The deadline for EoI submission is 25 December 2020.
