  1. Civil Service Employment Form as per 4\/1;<\/li>\n
  2. Copy of Bhutanese Citizenship ID Card;<\/li>\n
  3. Valid Medical Fitness Certificate;<\/li>\n
  4. Valid Security Clearance;<\/li>\n
  5. No Objection Certificate if employed;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
