Therefore, it was included in their Competency Based Framework (CBF).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This training course is aimed at offering complete guidance to the essential knowledge, skills and competencies required in managing projects holistically.<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This includes making use of best practices of project management processes, tools and techniques as well as leading the people involved in and impacted by projects. Eventually, it is expected to ensure that projects are implemented efficiently as possible and meet the requirements and expectations of stakeholders.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The first cohort of the training was conducted for 85 GAOs from across the Dzongkhags from 30<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">th<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> May to 3<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">rd<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> June, 2022. It will be provided to all the GAOs in batches. The program is being executed with fund support from Government of India (GoI) through Royal Civil Service Commission (RCSC).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The opening for the training was graced by His Excellency, the Home and Cultural Affairs Minister, Lyonpo Ugyen Dorji.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img src=\"https:\/\/moha.gov.bt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/dlgnews.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Project management training has been identified as one of the mandatory trainings based on the training need analysis for the Gewog Administrative Officers (GAOs).
