The Department of Culture and Dzongkha Development was conferred the Gold Award under the Best Governance Innovation Category<\/strong> for its project, \u201cReturn on Investment Framework for Public Service Delivery: Leveraging the Value of Artifacts and Monuments.\u201d<\/em> Meanwhile, the Department of Immigration received the Silver Award under the Innovation for Service Delivery Category<\/strong> for its innovative initiatives, \u201cStampless Visa Services\u201d<\/em> and \u201cFast Track Application Services.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

These prestigious recognitions highlight the departments\u2019 strong commitment to innovation, excellence, and continuous improvement in public service delivery. The initiatives demonstrate their efforts towards enhancing efficiency, improving accessibility, and delivering more citizen-centric services through innovative approaches.<\/p>\n
