This is a gentle reminder to all heads of the Departments/Divisions/Units and Dzongkhags, regarding the promotion falling due on 1st July, 2018. In this regard, please note the following timing for submission of promotion documents to the Ministry:
- The Departments/Divisions/Units and Dzongkhags (Meritorious Promotion), MoHCA should submit the promotion proposals to HR Division latest by April 30th, 2018.
- The individual candidates shall be responsible to process their security clearances, audit clearances and need not to submit the Promotion forms.
- The incomplete or late promotion proposals, if any, will not be accepted/processed as it causes inconvenience to all the concerned.
