A message video from DCHS which was presented during the 36th National Conference for the Association of Important Preservation Districts for Group of Historic Buildings held from 22nd to 24th May,2014 at Kumagawajuku,Japan. Bhutanese prizewinners for Essay Competition organized by DCHS in 2004 and 2005 were invited to Kumagawajuku for exchange programs with the residents.
