On the auspicious day of 14th June, 2023, coinciding with the 26th Day of the Fourth Month of Water Female Rabbit Year, the Ministry of Home Affairs appointed two new Dzongrabs and Dungpas.
Hon’ble Nangsi Lyonpo conferred dhar to appoint Ugyen Dorji as Dzongrab of Dagana Dzongkhag Administration and Passang Dorji as Dzongrab of Bumthang Dzongkhag Administration. They were serving as Deputy Chief Planning Officers at the Ministry of Finance and JDWNRH respectively.
Kezang Jamtsho is appointed as Dungpa of Sakten Dungkhag Administration under Trashigang Dzongkhag while Wangchuk is appointed as Dungpa of Jomotshangkha Dungkhag Administration in Samdrupjongkhar Dzongkhag. Kezang was serving as the Deputy Chief Human Resource Officer at the Ministry of Home Affairs and Wangchuk was the Deputy Chief Planning Officer of Samdrupjongkhar Dzongkhag.
