- Civil Service Employment Application form (Annexure 4/1, www.rcsc.gov.bt).
- Academic certificates & transcripts.
- Applicants who have scored 50% and above in BCSE can only apply.
- Citizenship Identity Card (copy).
- Security clearance
- Medical Fitness Certificate (copy,valid for 6 months).
- The contract duration is for two years.
- The placement shall be done by the Ministry.

- Short listing will be done as per the Rule based on the academic marks (bachelor’s degree) if the number of applicants is more than 42.
