The Department of Local Government, Ministry of Home and Cultural Affairs is pleased to invites sealed bids from national Bhutanese ICT consultancy firms having valid trade licence for the Enhancement of existing Local Government Portal.
All the interested bidders may download the Request for Proposal (RFP) from Ministry’s website www.mohca.gov.bt from 27/10/2017. The proposals must be submitted to Procurement Officer, Ministry of Home and Cultural Affairs, Tashichhedzong, Thimphu on or before by 27th November 2017 12:00 noon (BST). The bid shall be opened on the same day at 2:30 PM in the conference hall of Department of Local Government, Near Yangchenphu Higher Secondary School, Thimphu.
