On the joyous occasion of the Birth Anniversary Celebration of His Majesty the Druk Gyalpo on 21st February 2018, the Ministry of Home & Cultural Affairs would like to cordially invite all the general public for the celebration at the Changlimethang Stadium. There will be lucky draw in between the cultural and entertainment programmes and the lottery tickets will be distributed only to the public, seated in the gallery. Free city bus transportation services will be provided by the Bhutan Postal Corporation Ltd. City buses will start picking up the public from the location mentioned below from 6 am onwards.
