All officials of the Departments/Secretariat/Regional Offices under the MoHCA who have not declared their asset and whose’ declarations which has been returned due to incomplete information are hereby reminded to file Asset Declaration for the reporting year 2017 latest by 31st March 2018.
The Ministry also would like to inform that as per the AD Rules 2017 those covered persons who file their AD within 1st May to 31st May will be considered as late declarant and shall be levied fine equivalent to one day’s national minimum wage for everyday until such failure subsists. And those covered persons who failed to file their AD within 31st May will be considered as non-declarant and shall be levied fine equivalent to one year’s national minimum wage.
