The new Dzongdag of Dzongkhag Administration, Punakha, Dasho Thuji Tshering joined the Dzongkhag Administration on 23 July 2021 coinciding with the 14th Day of 06th Month of Female Iron Ox Year.
Dasho served as the Dzongdag of Trashi Yangtse Dzongkhag Administration before he was appointed as the Punakha Dzongdag.
