The Ministry of Home Affairs is pleased to announce the following time-bound project based contract for the strengthening Risk Information for disaster resilience project in Bhutan under Department of Local Governance & Disaster Management.

|Environmental and Social Expert||01||At least a Bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering, environmental sciences, and/or Social Science or related Subject.||Nu.100,000/- per month||Department of Local Governance and Disaster Management||A minimum of 10 years general experience, of which at least 5 years of relevant experience in environmental/social planning, assessments and monitoring for large infrastructure projects, consultation and participation, socio-economic surveys, monitoring and evaluation, etc. with excellent communication skills
-Proficiency in spoken and written English and Dzongkha.
-Knowledge in Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint etc.
