The Ministry of Home Affairs extends its heartfelt congratulations to the Department of Culture and Dzongkha Development and the Department of Immigration for their outstanding achievements at the Civil Service Innovation Day 2026.
The Department of Culture and Dzongkha Development was conferred the Gold Award under the Best Governance Innovation Category for its project, “Return on Investment Framework for Public Service Delivery: Leveraging the Value of Artifacts and Monuments.” Meanwhile, the Department of Immigration received the Silver Award under the Innovation for Service Delivery Category for its innovative initiatives, “Stampless Visa Services” and “Fast Track Application Services.”
These prestigious recognitions highlight the departments’ strong commitment to innovation, excellence, and continuous improvement in public service delivery. The initiatives demonstrate their efforts towards enhancing efficiency, improving accessibility, and delivering more citizen-centric services through innovative approaches.
