The Department of Culture is pleased to announce the shortlisted candidates for the position of a Curator and an Education Outreach Officer for Wangduechhoeling Palace, Bumthang. The would like to kindly inform that although, the announced vacancies requires certain number of years of work experience (i.e minimum of 10years for the Curator and minimum of 5 years for the Education Outreach Officer) but considering that there are many enthusiastic applicants without work experience, the Department will consider a separate category for selection of applicants without work experience with a separate ToR and it is uploaded here for reference. Further, please note that the pay scale for candidate with the required minimum number of years of work experience and without work experience will be different and it will be clearly mentioned in the ToR.

Therefore, the Department is pleased to inform that the selection interview of the shortlisted candidates will be carried out in two categories as follows:

  1. With work experience
  2. Without work experience

However, the number position available will remain same as follows:

  • Curator – 1
  • Education Outreach Office -1

The Selection interview will be held on 2nd June, 2020 in the conference hall for the Department of Culture from 9:30 am onwards.
