The Hon’ble Minister In-charge granted Dhar to formally appoint Ngawang Norbu as New Thrimshing Drungpa at Tashichhodzong, Thimphu today. He was selected through an open competitive selection interview.
Prior to this appointment, Ngawang Norbu served as Dy. Chief Administrative Officer in National Assembly Secretariat. He joined the civil service in March 1987.
