The Ministry of Home and Cultural Affairs in close coordination with the RCSC is conducting a 02-Days Workshop on building Emotional Intelligence (EI): Search Inside Yourself (SIY) for PMC and SSC staff in the Ministry from 27 September 2021 to 21 October 2021. The opening session for the First Batch of 32 Participants was graced by Dasho Tshering Yangden, Hon’ble Commissioner, RCSC yesterday at 0900 hours, Conference Hall, Department of Culture.
This neuro-science-based mindfulness and EI skilling program are targeted to cover around 300 Civil Servants in the Ministry by the end of October 2021.
