The Ministry of Home and Cultural Affairs (MoHCA) in collaboration with the Ministry of Labour and Human Resources (MoLHR) has conducted the Skills4Life program for thirteen ESP/GSP staff of the Ministry since 21st of November,2022.
There are total of forty-three ESP/GSP staff working with different departments and regional offices under the Ministry of Home and Cultural Affairs.
