This is to inform the general public that the Local Government Election is scheduled on 27th September, 2016.
In this regard, the international border gates will be sealed and movement of people/vehicles through the gates will be restricted from 6 PM on 26th September, 2016 to 6 PM on 27th September, 2016.
In light of the above, the Ministry of Home and Cultural Affairs would like to request the general public to refrain from travelling during the above mentioned period.
